		<description>Black Xers are the generation of the gang culture. I don&#039;t know if the statistics support what she said -- it may be more a matter of perception. As the article suggests (and even she does), I&#039;m not sure how relevant the NAACP is any more.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;While I agree that she (1965) can be called an Xer, I still think 1961 is too early for the Boom/X divide. I feel pretty strongly that it&#039;s closer to 64/65/66. I&#039;d be interested to hear a detailed explanation some time of why you stand by the 1961 date.</description>
